What’s included in your roofing warranty
Manufacturer warranty
This 20-year warranty from IKO covers issues with the manufacturing of the roofing materials, including shingles and underlayment.
Shingle warranty
The IKO Limited Lifetime covers problems with shingle performance, such as premature cracking, blistering, or granule loss.
Craftsmanship & labor warranty
Trinity backs installation quality for 25 years. If leaks or other workmanship issues come up, we’ll fix them fast. This warranty doesn’t cover damage from severe weather.
Trinity solar panels don’t void the warranty
If you go solar with Trinity after we do your roof, you won’t void the roof warranty. This is different from other roofing companies, who may not honor the warranty after solar is installed.
